Hilton San Jose Hotel

beds were very comfy, desk staff really helpful, close to down town

The location was great and decent, minutes away from an award-winning museum. Btw, went to city center, located not too far away from the hotel.

Very close to the convention center San Jose. Could walk there without leaving the Building. Small fridge included in Room, which I know to cost additionally in other Hotels in San Jose. Good Wifi in Room without extra charging. Shopping possibilities close (5-10) Minutes walk e.g. Safeways, restaurants, Starbucks. Left Queen bed was good, the rigth one clsoe to the window was just in the output stream of the aircondition, which I didn't like because you'll typically wake with a cold. But no issue if you travel alone for Business and can choose your bed. Staff was friendly, helpful and nice.

The lobby didn't look that pleasant, so that you want to meet and sit there with colleagues. Could hear the landing aircrafts from the San Jose airport, but it was ok, the windows consume 95% of thar noise if closed properly.

Nice hotel.

I left for breakfast and came back late in the afternoon and my room wasn't cleaned.

There was rotting food in my mini fridge fire alarm hanging from the ceiling which I had to fix myself then my window was bolted shut for no reason worst 200 dollars I've ever spent want my money back

The service was great!

Our original room had a very bad smell.

We were at an event at the convention center, the location was perfect.

The shower was old and sprayed water everywhere. We were told we could check in early but when we got there, the room was not available as promised.

Great view , great service in the restaurant . Bath products great, clean bathrooms downstairs

Wish there was free coffee downstairs

I stayed for 3 nights in a King Room. The location is excellent, right next to the convention center. The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, and had free stable Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable and made for a good night's sleep 😊

Overall - well-maintained and functional place with patient staff who said she would note that in our reservation. Convenient and quiet location, a short walk to everywhere. For tea or coffee visit Bijan Bakery and Cafe nearby.

too exzpensive for what you get

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, made for a great night's sleep. The modern decor and inviting ambiance.

wi-fi was slow during peak hours.

I liked the comfort of the hotel & convenience to the convention centers.

Not really a bad experience, but disappointed that Peets coffee kiosk inside the Hilton was closed on a Saturday & Sunday and there was only one cafe inside the Hilton and didn't offer a late breakfast. I had to order off the lunch menu and choices were few and what I ordered was not very tasty.
